Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sec-ora.tech ("SecOra", "we", "our", "us") or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SecOra provides visual cybersecurity threat intelligence — video-first advisories, threat and vulnerability summaries, and related content derived from publicly available security research and disclosures. SecOra provides intelligence, analysis, and educational/operational support; it does not provide managed security services, and you remain solely responsible for your own security decisions and the deployment of any detections, mitigations, or recommendations referenced in our content.

3. AI-Assisted Content

Some SecOra content — including scripts, narration, scene visuals, thumbnails, and posters — is produced with the assistance of AI generation tools, based on validated intelligence derived from credited public sources. We do not fabricate indicators of compromise, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, actor attribution, malware behaviour, or affected/fixed software versions; all such technical claims are grounded in the cited source material. Intelligence may be corrected or updated as new evidence emerges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, including the internal engineering domain (advisory.sec-ora.tech)
  • Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute SecOra content at scale without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious data through any contact, subscription, or intake form

5. Intellectual Property

All SecOra branding, visual design, and original written/video content are the property of SecOra unless otherwise credited. Underlying security research remains the property of, and is credited to, its original publishers — SecOra does not claim ownership of third-party research it references and correlates.

6. Third-Party Links and Sources

SecOra content links to and credits third-party security research, news publishers, and vendor advisories. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites we reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SecOra does not warrant that any advisory, detection idea, or mitigation referenced in our content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific environment — always validate against your own environment before acting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecOra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any security incident that occurs despite reliance on SecOra content.

9. Enterprise and Contracted Services

Where SecOra provides contracted services (e.g. custom intelligence, pilot programs) to an organisation, the terms of the applicable signed agreement (Master Services Agreement / Statement of Work) govern in addition to, and in case of conflict take precedence over, these general Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any user found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
